Terms of service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Who we are

Screenie Parts is the trading name of Screenie Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16432563, with its registered office at 25 South Farm Road, Leeds, England, LS9 6NY ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us by email at casinatoruk@gmail.com or by phone on 07934 316684.

Screenie Parts sells replacement mobile phone parts and accessories, including display assemblies, back glass, screen protectors, tools and related components. This website is a parts shop only. We do not provide a repair or fitting service through this site; if you would like your device repaired, please visit screenieltd.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on parts.screenieltd.com (the "Site"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Products and compatibility

Product listings describe the device models each part is designed to fit. It is your responsibility to check that the part you order is compatible with your exact device model (for example the model number found in Settings, or printed on the SIM tray or original packaging) before ordering. We are happy to help you check compatibility before you buy: email us with your model number.

Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, parts sold on the Site are high-quality aftermarket (non-original) or refurbished components and are not manufactured by, endorsed by or affiliated with Apple Inc. or any other device manufacturer. Trade marks such as "iPhone" are used only to identify the devices a part is compatible with.

Some device manufacturers restrict certain features when a non-original or transferred part is fitted, for example "Unknown Part" or "Important Display Message" notices, True Tone, Face ID or auto-brightness. These limitations are imposed by the device manufacturer's software, not by the part itself, and do not mean the part is faulty.

Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur, particularly between screen batches, and do not amount to a fault.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This is not acceptance. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, has been mispriced, we cannot verify your payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order we will refund any payment taken in full.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an obvious pricing error we will contact you and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through Shopify's secure checkout using the payment methods shown on the Site. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, and ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.

8. Test before you fit

Screens, flex cables and other electronic components should be connected to the device and tested before any adhesive is applied, protective films removed or the device sealed. Fitting a part confirms that you have accepted it as working. Faults that are only discovered after installation may still be covered by our warranty (see our Return and refund policy), but damage caused during installation is not.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, our 30-day returns promise and our 12-month parts warranty are set out in our Return and refund policy.

10. Installation is at your own risk

Replacing phone components involves working with fragile, delicate and in some cases hazardous parts (for example lithium batteries and glass). You are responsible for having the necessary skill, tools and precautions, and for any damage to your device, other property or injury arising from installation. If you are not confident carrying out a repair, please use a professional repairer.

11. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for damage to your device caused by installation of a part, for loss of data, or for any business losses if you are a consumer.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If you are a business customer, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we exclude all implied terms to the extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Screenie Limited and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Using the Site

You must not misuse the Site by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using automated tools to extract data. We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site at any time without notice.

14. Events outside our control

We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes or supplier failures. We will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at casinatoruk@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider or use the Citizens Advice consumer service.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
